On 12 Jan 2010, Dr.Richard Sandor, the Chairman and founder of the Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX). was invited to attend the Ninth Master Forum. Dr Richard Sandor gave the speech named “The Creation of Wealth and Social Benefits through Environmental Finance and Emission Market: The CCX Global Experience”.
