        Introduction to Shao Bingren: He was a member of the National Committee of CPPCC, and Deputy Director of CPPCC Subcommittee of Environment and Resources in 2008; he also acted as Vice-Chairman of State Electricity Regulatory Commission, Deputy Director of Economic Restructuring Office of the State Council, and Deputy Director of State Commission for Economic Restructuring.
